Griffith University Empowering Emerging Women Leaders in Education
Challenge
Griffith University wanted to strengthen the pipeline of women leaders in academia and administration. While women made up a large portion of their workforce, leadership representation still lagged behind.
Our Solution
We partnered with Griffith to deliver our award winning Women Leaders Program focused on confidence-building, voice activation, and strengths-based leadership. The program blended neuroscience, leadership coaching, and practical strategy for growth inside a complex academic system.

I recently attended a presentation by Sonia, and I was inspired and encouraged by her style, energy and spirit. We at QSuper have a Women’s Network called She's on Q where we run large events for our female membership. We were looking for a empowering speaker and Sonia stood out to us and boy she didn't disappoint. And what an event it was - the energy, the passion in the room was palpable.
